UMMAH LODGE is situated on Green Lane in a residential area within Goodmayes, Essex. This is a newly refurbished care home which has been developed and specialises in providing care for service users between the age group of 18-65 with Learning Disabilities (and person detained under the Mental Health Act 1983) for both male and female. The home may consider those 65 and over depending on the circumstances. UMMAH LODGE is committed to providing its service users with the best possible care to help encourage a working rehabilitation programme tailored to meet the needs of each individual, focusing on independence, empowering, structured lifestyles and working towards move on to less supported accommodation. At UMMAH LODGE we promote and support service users to develop their well being within a friendly, family and homely like environment.
The home offers easy access to shops and a range of social and recreational facilities. This attractive, impressive looking property offers a homely environment designed to meet the holistic needs of people with Learning Disability problems by promoting independent living.
Our dedicated team of experienced staff are on duty 24 hours a day to provide care, support and help to Service Users. The individual needs of service users are assessed, support and care plans implemented to ensure a personalised and sensitive service, treating each individual with respect and dignity. Opportunities exist to skilled individuals to plan for their future.
UMMAH LODGE is a residential care home; staff is fully qualified in delivering personal care however nursing care is not provided.
