Overview
Hollybank Residential Home is a large Victorian House set in beautiful grounds with a large drive for off street parking.
We are only five minutes’ walk from Kenley train station, buses and shops and only ten minutes’ drive from Croydon’s main shopping centre.
We are registered for 17 residents, who may be elderly and physically frail and/or may require dementia care. Our residents have a range of differing needs and we ensure that we promote their individuality within the care that they receive.
At Hollybank we strive to provide a high quality service that we would be more than happy to offer to their own loved ones, within a safe, comfortable and attractive environment.
We have an excellent team of trained, experienced and caring staff who provide 24hr assistance to our residents to help them maintain as full and as active life as possible, in a homely and relaxed atmosphere. We try to cater our meals according to our residents wishes with trained, experienced staff providing a high standard of menu which take in to account all dietary requirements. The residents are informed of the menu each day and given the choice of several fresh options at every meal time
All rooms have a ‘Nurse Call’ facility
The communal areas include an elegant and spacious lounge with a large flat screen (Sky) TV and stereo/karaoke system with sensory lighting.
The lounge has French doors which lead out onto a decked patio area where residents and visitors are able to have meals in the summer or to just relax and spend time in the sunshine.
We have a new garden/activities/visiting room and patio
We have a bright and airy dining room and also a large sunroom/conservatory, which also has a TV/video with a large selection of DVDs for those residents who may wish to just sit and watch a film elsewhere.
We pride ourselves on being able to provide a wide and varied list of stimulating activities and entertainment for those residents who wish to participate.
Our entertainments and activities programme include: a range of singers, Arts and Crafts, Reminiscence, current affairs, Exercise & Fitness.
