Overview
Introducing Rosedene
Rosedene is a 24 hour residential home for up to 6 adults, supporting people with learning disabilities and mental health needs. We encourage people living at Rosedene to lead lives in which their individuality, independence, dignity and respect are maintained. We fully embrace person centred planning ensuring the person we support is at the centre in the delivery of our high quality care and support. The people we support at Rosedene are encouraged to participate in a wide range of activities of their interest.
About Rosedene
Offers both ground floor and first floor accommodation. All bedrooms can be personalised to taste.
Spacious with a warm and homely environment which includes a communal lounge.
Large garden accessible to all.
Within walking distance to shops and local amenities.
Outdoor attractions include White Wicketts park, West Midlands Safari Park, Severn Valley steam trains, funfairs and more.
The home benefits from its own vehicle, as well as having good transport links to Worcester and Birmingham.
At a time that is right, we are able to offer a pathway to further independent living. This might include accessing one of our Supported Living or Outreach services. We strongly believe that every person
we support should receive the right level of care in an environment that meets their needs wants and wishes. Please talk to us about how we can work with you to develop a transitions package.
