Galsworthy House Nursing Home is an iconic building situated at the top of Kingston Hill. The building overlooks Richmond Park, which is a national nature reserve and home to various wild birds and animals including deer which can very often be seen walking around and being admired by our residents. Galsworthy House is located within a short distance of mainline train stations and serviced by two bus routes with stops immediately outside our gates within an easy commute to Kingston Upon Thames for shopping, cafes and walks by the River Thames.
