Overview
Kingston Rehabilitation Centre is purpose-built for providing specialist care for complex neurological conditions, as well as orthopaedic and residential care needs.
Offering specialist nursing and tracheostomy care, the diverse team of caregivers are able to provide long-term management of complex neurodisability and rehabilitation of various neurological conditions - ranging from Parkinson’s Disease to Multiple Sclerosis.
The dedicated multidisciplinary team is trained to offer skilled care for a number of conditions, including tracheostomy care, long-term management of complex neurodisability, and rehabilitation of a variety of neurological conditions. This is all supported by the care of on-site health professionals, who offer rehabilitation medicine, clinical psychology and dietary support.
Kingston Rehab Centre accommodates 36 bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities. A number of relaxation areas are also available for use, and these include a lounge area, dining facilities, and a beautiful courtyard and garden area.
Those residing at Kingston Rehab Centre will have access to a range of therapy facilities, including treatment rooms, a therapy assessment kitchen, a physiotherapy gym and a hydrotherapy pool.
Nutritious, home-cooked meals are served daily, and can be tailored to specific dietary requirements.
Residents can enjoy a range of entertainment facilities, too, including a cinema room and television points. For those who wish to roam a little further, the town centre is just a ten-minute walk from the centre.
