Overview
Leighton Rose is a state-of-the-art new home in Leighton Buzzard. Luxurious and contemporary in design, the home offers generously proportioned en-suite accommodation for 71 residents and person-centric care of the highest standards.
Purpose designed and built with expertise and meticulous attention to detail, Leighton Rose offers first-class facilities – it’s a place where your loved one can feel at home in a spacious and comfortable setting, featuring every amenity they could wish for. Good company and engagement are never in short supply within a vibrant and supportive community.
We believe Leighton Rose sets a benchmark for quality in care home design within the local area.
This true ‘home from home’ features wonderful communal spaces including a number of dining, lounge and terrace areas in which residents and their families and friends can get together and socialise.
For stimulation and engagement, activities are held every day together with a varied events calendar. Just as importantly, Leighton Rose provides numerous quiet spaces indoors and out, for residents who would prefer to relax with a cup of tea and a good read or enjoy a spot of gardening.
Leighton Rose’s well-proportioned bedrooms are individually decorated to a luxury standard. En-suite wet room facilities ensure privacy and dignity for residents at all times. Each room also contains a high specification call system, premium quality furniture and furnishings as well as a television.
For optimal wellbeing, our all-inclusive package includes daily newspapers or magazines, podiatrist visits every six to eight weeks – depending on each resident’s personal needs – a monthly appointment at our on-site hairdressing salon and access to our on-site gym, with a physical trainer or physiotherapist available at an additional cost.
We also can arrange for massages, manicures, aromatherapy, chiropody, chiropractic treatment, occupational therapy, dental hygiene and eye testing.
As with all MACC Care homes, food and nutrition at Leighton Rose are second to none. A creative menu of delicious and nutritious meals, accommodating individual preferences and special dietary requirements is carefully planned by our Chef Manager, Anas. Snacks and drinks are also available for residents at any time.
