The Grange, situated in Liss, Hampshire, is a nursing care home for up to 15 individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, epilepsy, and sensory impairments.
The home takes a person-centred approach, tailoring support plans to meet the unique needs and interests of each individual. The goal is to empower the people we support to live as independently as possible by engaging them in activities that enhance their daily living skills.
The property includes a large detached house accommodating 14 individuals and a separate, one-person bungalow. Communal areas in the main house include a lounge, kitchen, and a lovely wrap-around garden. The house features three shared bathrooms on the first floor, as well as a shared shower room and wet room on the ground floor, with three bathrooms equipped with overhead hoists for those with mobility needs.
The bungalow provides a self-contained space with its own bedroom, kitchen, lounge, and bathroom.
