Overview
16 Balnacraig Avenue (The Leaves) provides specialist support for individuals with autism, learning and physical disabilities, Down’s syndrome, epilepsy and brain injuries.
Our home has been built with accessibility as a priority, benefiting from a lift, wet rooms, ceiling tracking hoists, and adjustable beds, supporting those with mobility needs.
We are situated in Neasden, close to nearby towns with excellent public transport options. There are plenty of local amenities, including restaurants, a garden centre, a café, a temple, parks, supermarkets, and a shopping arcade. The people we support enjoy various indoor activities like nail care, pampering, music with exercise, and sensory baking. A musician also comes to visit the service every Wednesday.
