Overview
Little Heath Lodge is a 5 bedded house for men
and women located in Charlton. Our service users
have complex needs and often a forensic history.
They are supported 24 hours a day by our staff
who are trained to ensure person-centred care.
This supports recovery, promotes engagement
and optimises their physical and mental health.
Little Heath Lodge enables service users to learn
daily living and social skills as well as support
them to engage in further educational and
employment opportunities.
We provide a vital step between assessment and
treatment services in the community to ensure
service users have the opportunity to be placed
closer to home, improve relationships with their
families and the local community and receive high
quality care
