Overview
The Chase is a home in the Forest Gate area of London, which can accommodate 9 service users.
The Chase have provided quality care with over 20 years experience of specialist care and support. We enable people with learning disabilities and complex needs to live the life they choose by offering person centred care. The chase is a warm, friendly, inviting environment and all bedrooms are personalised.
Our experienced staff deliver safe, personalised care and support for people who live in our residential services 24 hours a day.
At the Chase service users have their own Care Plan designed to meet their needs. We believe it’s extremely important to promote independence and choice and we fully understand that all our service users should be treated as individuals. Therefore, each person has an initial assessment by which a care plane is designed around their requirements and preferences, granting them choice in aspects of their daily routine.
We have our own wheelchair accessible minibus which is not only used for appointments and family visits but also our support workers drive the service users to Rubix and days out.
At Rubix there is a dedicated staff team who set activities daily according to service users abilities and preferences. A wide variety of activities such as bike riding, therapy sessions, massage, hydro pool, gardening, cooking, basic daily life skills, chair exercises, arts and crafts and so much more like parties, trips out and meals out, cinema and bowling etc.
At Rubix service users are able get to meet and socialise with our other service users from Roselock’s other three homes.
Our dedicated staff team ensure that all cultural requirements are met, along with any dietary requirements this includes all SLT levels.
We also welcome regular visits from family and friends and strive to maintain family contact.
