Nazareth House Manchester is a care home registered by CQC to care for 66 residents requiring residential & nursing care specifically designed to provide the highest standard of accommodation and care. Nazareth House is set in spacious grounds surrounded by beautiful, landscaped gardens within easy reach of Heaton Park and accessible bus routes to local villages. As a team we aim to provide a progressive health care service in relation to the special needs of older, frail, and disabled people. We ensure that all aspects of Resident’s care, including provision for their spiritual, emotional, social, physical, and recreational needs are adequately met. On admission to Nazareth House, the Resident is introduced to a key person who will ensure that they will receive the services and the resources needed to enhance their quality of life.
Our staff have completed the ‘six steps end of life care programme’ offering continuing care for those most in need. The Core values of Nazareth Care - love, compassion, justice, hospitality, and patience are a key part of our ongoing training for staff and are central to the ethos of our Home.
