Overview

Parklands Nursing Home is situated in the picturesque area of Woolstone in large grounds that border the River Ouze.

The home was purpose built around the original dwelling in 1989. Residents have their own bedroom and a shared lounge/dining room, summer lounge, and gardens. The majority of our rooms have French doors which open on to garden area with lawns and shrubberies, residents are encouraged to personalise bedrooms with their own furniture and belongings.

Parklands Nursing Home opened in May 1990, and is a popular Nursing Home for the elderly. We pride ourselves on the choice of food and a friendly, family atmosphere. We have all the facilities and professionally, qualified staff to provide a complete high dependency care service. We endeavour to meet the wishes of the residents and work hard to personalise care plans with the resident and their families.

Parklands Nursing Home, provides long-term nursing, personal and care for men and women over the age of 18, specialising in the care of the older person. We also provide short term (respite care), for anyone over the age of 18 who is in need of convalescence and/or care and nursing support.

We have tailored our services to meet the needs of adults with nursing needs, specialising in Older Persons Care.
