Overview
Pembroke Lodge, located in Newcastle upon Tyne, is a residential care home designed to provide specialist care and support for up to 15 individuals. We cater to people with autism, low levels of challenging behaviour, epilepsy, physical disabilities, and mental health needs.
At Pembroke Lodge, we are committed to upholding the dignity of those we support by treating them with compassion and respect. Our approach emphasises promoting freedom of choice and encouraging active participation in decision-making, empowering individuals to develop their independence.
Our person-centred care is tailored to each individual. We take the time to understand their unique needs, preferences, and priorities, ensuring the support we provide aligns with what matters most to them.
Each of our 15 bedrooms is equipped with a private en-suite shower room, offering comfort and convenience for personal care. The people we support are encouraged to personalise their rooms with their own belongings, creating a sense of familiarity and home.
In addition to private rooms, Pembroke Lodge offers inviting communal spaces. These include a peaceful quiet room for relaxation or reading, a bright and airy conservatory, and a fully-equipped skills kitchen where the people we support can enjoy independent cooking activities.
