Westwood Lodge staff are trained and dedicated in providing specialist residential and nursing care to up to 44 residents. Each resident’s independence is promoted as paramount to the ethos of the care delivered at this service.
Located only 1 mile from Newcastle City Centre, Westwood Lodge has dedicated caring staff to attend to all the needs of the residents with all the amenities one may need on their doorstep.
Residents have a choice of 3 lounges, separate dining areas, an activity centre, hairdressing salon and external smoking facilities, two dedicated activities co-coordinators and home cooks providing fresh, nutritional and exciting food
Extensive remodelling and investment is happening right now at the home to bring it up to the group standard and new floorings, painting and decorating and a renewing of digital systems are in place adopting the care control care planning and management digital platform. With new management team and a change of ethos the home is set to be a centre of excellence
