We can support with people wanting to be as independent as possible, to people needing support with every aspect of their care and well-being, offering person-centred approach, that enables people to life to the max.

Linford Grange is a suitable option for adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health diagnosis and Autism who:

• Require ongoing support to manage daily living activities.
• Benefit from a structured and predictable environment.
• Need assistance with personal care, communication, and social interactions.

Our residential service provides accommodation and support for adults 52 weeks a year, 24 hours a day.
Residential care for adults provides specialized accommodation and 24/7 support in a structured environment designed to meet their unique needs. This home aims to foster independence, social inclusion, and personal growth, while ensuring safety and well-being of all those within the home.
Linford Grange is designed and equipped to accommodate the needs of adults and staff have a wealth of experience in working with adults with person-centred activities and socialising, Learning Disabilities, sensory impairments, early onset Dementia, and Mental Health Diagnosis. Dedicated staff provide ongoing care, support, and supervision to ensure residents receive daily assistance tailored to their needs. We offer a structured routine and activities, promoting a sense of security.
Support staff help residents develop essential life skills, including social interaction, communication, and self-care, enabling them to lead more independent and fulfilling lives.
We can offer opportunities for residents to participate in local activities and connect with the community, promoting social inclusion and a sense of belonging.
Care plans are tailored to everyone’s unique needs and goals, ensuring that their strengths and interests are nurtured and supported.
