Overview
Woodham Grange is a home in the area of Newton Aycliffe, which can accommodate up to eight people with profound and multiple learning disabilities and physical disabilities.
A purpose built property, Woodham Grange has eight large bedrooms and we encourage the people we support to bring their own belongings and personalise their rooms according to their own tastes. Our staff team know the people we support well and empower them to develop their independence skills and confidence to achieve their goals and identified outcomes. We offer a range of activities within Woodham Grange and regular trips out such as lunch, cinema and swimming.
A large garden and patio area at the rear of the property provides and tranquil space for people we support to enjoy outdoor living.
