Overview

The Beeches is a Care Home in East Harling, providing care to the elderly and those living with Dementia.

The Beeches stand in 2 acres of land which was originally a rectory. The Beeches has successfully maintained its “Outstanding Overall” rating from the CQC, which makes it among the top 4% in the country.

The team at The Beeches Residential Home prides itself on providing an excellent standard of care for all of the residents in the 44-bed home. It has been extended over the years to provide a variety of room styles varying from the old and gracious to contemporary.

As well as providing support for elderly residents, The Beeches has a dedicated dementia wing. This allows us to offer specialist provisions for our residents facing a variety of issues that come with the onset of dementia. We understand that dementia is not only difficult for the resident but also for the family, we offer comfort to those suffering to ensure they receive the best possible support during their time with us.

The majority of The Beeches is on the ground floor with four bedrooms on the first floor, which are accessed by one staircase and a stairlift. The day spaces are on the ground floor and include a reception hall, one large communal lounge, together with two small intimate day rooms, and a Dining room. The Beeches also have two courtyards which are both in bloom during the summer.

A newly built conservatory offers a beautiful view into the recently landscaped gardens. Residents and relatives are free to walk in the garden when they wish. The Beeches also has music events and barbecues outdoors.
