Overview
Broadoak Park is a home in the Kirkby-in-Ashfield area of Nottingham, which can accommodate just under 25 residents - it has a 'Good' rating from the CQC.
We provide accommodation and support to adults with intellectual disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders, mental health issues and complex needs in an environment of learning and skills development with a culture of community presence and participation.
Aim of the Complex:
To provide care and support to adults with intellectual disability and associated disabilities to develop the practical and social skills, to enable individuals to move forward and promote impendence living skills.
Broadoak Park is a purpose-built service. The complex comprises of an apartment block with an industrial kitchen, large clubhouse and three self-contained flats. In addition, there are seven self-contained bungalows and a resource centre with sensory room, in a gated community.
Individuals will be supported in accessing appropriate physical health care needs, access to psychiatric, psychological and other specialist services will be made in partnership with the local Community Intellectual Disability Team.
