Pinxton Manor promotes a warm friendly family orientated environment with many long serving staff who are local to the home. We ensure all staff are supported and trained to maintain high standards of care in all areas. We currently employ 2 activity staff who ensure all activities can be enjoyed and adapted to include any level of ability from being able to participate independently to meeting sensory needs
Our lounges are fresh, clean and bright with space for all to walk around freely and safely
Corridors on both floor have décor with items to use as talking points for residents, staff & families to reminisce
There is a large garden with a summerhouse decorated as tea room/Pub for all our families to enjoy with their relative
Residents can be supported to access the local community and/or family events should this be requested
We particularly promote special events, birthdays, anniversaries as well as traditional celebrations e.g. Christmas, Easter Mothers Day, Fathers Day & sporting events
At Pinxton Manor we also support residents and their families through End Of Life Care with empathy & compassion having gained 2 ** Delqua Award
