Overview
At Winterfell Care Home we provide a safe, nurturing environment with tailored support to enable people residential care to a wide range of individuals in an environment which is homely, comfortable and secure. We offer residential care to the elderly over 65.
We also cater for users with disabilities, dementia needs or individuals who require mental health support to live a happy, fulfilling and independent life. The home is registered to accommodate up to 41 service users.
We understand how important friendship & interaction with others are as part of life in the community. Therefore, we create an environment that encourages this to happen naturally at Winterfell Care Home. It's why you'll see excellent interaction between staff and service users in our home, with close friendships also developing between the service users themselves.
We believe it’s important to work towards a future of improvement and enrichment. Even if the steps are small and the journey is long, our optimistic approach makes the future a highly desirable destination.
We are open and honest with each other and with ourselves. This enables us to acknowledge weaknesses, learn lessons from past experience and continuously improve.
