Overview
Welcome to Rye House
Rye House is a specialist care service supporting up to 16 individuals across two purpose-designed floors. We provide support to people with a range of complex needs, including Mental Health Disorders, Autism, behaviours that challenge, and other associated conditions. Our person-centred approach is tailored to each individual through care, recovery, or enablement models as appropriate to their needs.
Rye House has an overall "Good" with CQC
Each resident benefits from a private ensuite room, and each floor has its own dedicated dining room, lounge, and kitchen. This layout supports independence and creates a homely, inclusive environment where daily living skills can be encouraged and nurtured.
Located in the heart of Royton Village, a vibrant and welcoming community with a variety of shops and amenities, Rye House offers a peaceful and secure setting with easy access to the local area, promoting community inclusion and engagement.
At Rye House, we are proud of our skilled, compassionate, and competent team. Through ongoing training and development, staff are equipped to support individuals with complex behavioural challenges using a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) framework. Our in-house Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Lead, and Therapy Team work collaboratively with staff and residents to deliver high-quality, outcome-focused care.
We are committed to celebrating individuality and empowering each person we support to lead a meaningful and fulfilling life. Our company values and ethos are embedded into every aspect of our service, and we truly believe in investing in our teams—providing them with the knowledge, skills, and support they need to make a genuine difference.
Our Therapy Team—comprising a Positive Behaviouralist and experienced Service Managers—develop and lead therapeutic, structured, and meaningful daily activities. With specialist training in Moving and Handling, PROACT-SCIPr-UK (distraction and diversion techniques), care planning, capacity assessments, and community inclusion, they ensure every individual receives the support they need to thrive.
Together, we support people to live safer, more independent, and enriched lives.
