Overview
Park Grove is family run home in the Burscough area of Ormskirk, which can accommodate 26 residents - it has a 'Good' rating from the CQC. Park Grove also offer day care and respite care.
We have a low turn over of staff which gives consistency to our service users and ensures we provide person centred care to each person. All our staff are carefully selected and have achieved or working towards the relevant qualifications.
Our activity programme is always busy and we listen to our service users preferences. We have singers, animals and children who come into our home regular. The ice-cream van visits once a month. We have trips out to the cinema, local pub for lunch, Coffee in the village, garden centres just to name a few. We have lots of indoor activity ranging from arts and crafts to arm chair yoga. We
We have a large beautiful garden front and rear which we use regular and sometimes enjoy our meals in the garden.
Our cooks work hard providing lots of home cooked meals and desserts. We change the menus seasonally or prior as required. Our service users are encouraged to make their own choices and add to the menu any likes and preferences.
We have our own in house hairdresser as well as visits from private podiatrist and opticians (these are at an additional cost).
You do not need to make an appointment to come and view our beautiful home.
