There is also full disabled access to the patio area from the summer room as well as a garden summer house. There is an in house lift allowing full access to the upper floor, as well as a fully equipped wet room on the upper floor with a nurse call system we also have 2 end-suite bathrooms on the ground floor. There are 6 single bedrooms in total, each bedroom has their own wash hand basin, nurse call system, full central heating and WIFI. We have hoisting facilities to accommodate physically disabled service users and there is also a down stairs toilet. The kitchen is accessible to all service users enabling everyone to participate in the preparation of meals, whilst allowing service users to prepare drinks and snacks for themselves.

Transitioning into our home, is embedded in our carefully planned practice, by putting you first, we work in line with the CQC Right Care, Right Culture, Right Support, published 2017 document. Our ethos promotes and ensures that this home can become your forever home. We encourage and direct either you or adult social care to work in line with our policy, there are no rushed admissions. Only carefully planned transitions. We ask that you try our home over and up to a 4-6 week period, this allows you to get to know the other service users and them you, creating a culture of fun, happiness, peace and safety. Our homes keep active daily, we will offer you choice of what you prefer to do, living a life person centred to you.
