Alexandra House is a recently built Care South home for residential and dementia care in Parkstone near Poole, Dorset. We are warmly welcoming new residents and inviting families and friends to share in the Food, Fun and Friendship on offer at this lovely Poole care home.
Alexandra House has 58 welcoming, fully furnished rooms, all with en-suite toilet and shower facilities and a 24-hour call bell, ensuring residents are comfortable, safe and expertly cared for. We give all residents support and peace of mind and we pride ourselves on doing everything possible to enhance residents’ quality of life.
This Poole care home combines modern design with a homely feel – our light and spacious, themed lounges provide lovely areas to relax with a cup of tea and a slice of cake, or socialise with friends and loved ones. Residents also have full use of our on-site café and hair salon.
The home has stunning views over Alexandra Park, a six-acre Edwardian-style beauty spot, popular with dog walkers and young families, which offers residents a sense of peace and serenity.
We are perfectly located to benefit from the shops and services in Parkstone, enabling residents to continue to do what they love, whether that’s coffee with friends or enjoying activities with visiting loved ones. Nothing is too much trouble for us when it comes to the care and comfort of residents and we always go the extra mile to help residents maintain their lifestyle and independence.
