Oxton Grange Care home was opened in 1995 and caters for residential residents. The home itself was purpose built and is set within well maintained landscaped gardens.
Residents at Oxton Grange are free to take advantage of the many communal areas it has to offer. On every floor there is a lounge, dining room and disabled toilet access to maintain ease of use within the home. All rooms have en-suite facilities and each room has a nurse call system installed, along with TV aerial, Bedroom furniture is provided, however residents are more than welcome to bring their own furniture to ensure they feel at home.
We offer a wide range of foods at meal time, using fresh produce and can cater for special diets on request.

The Home Manager, Rachel McCormick has many years experience in care and gained relevant management qualifications and is committed to maintaining excellent standards of choice, dignity and independence for service users by employing quality, valued and loyal staff.
At Oxton Grange all service users will undergo an assessment to ensure we are able to meet their needs, our service will provide support which encourages personal growth and development, we aim to encourage and promote motivation and independence. All service users will have their own care plan which will be compiled with the service users, their family members and professional bodies. Our care plans will detail the requirements of the individual, this will include daily tasks, activities, personal requirements, risk assessments and their likes and dislikes. Each service user will have the opportunity to discuss their wishes with their General Practitioner.
