Overview
Moors Manor is located just off the A31, on the New Forest-Dorset border, giving easy access to Bournemouth, Poole and the south coast. The home is situated on the edge of the Hurn & Avon Forest, with plenty of open spaces nearby to explore, and with Ringwood just a few minutes away, you can enjoy a bustling market town, with a wealth of shops to support all your shopping needs and many restaurants and bars to choose from to enjoy a meal.
At Moors Manor, we provide a range of accommodation and services for older people in need of support, from respite care to 24-hour residential care and nursing care.
Dementia Care
We also provide specialist support for individuals living with dementia in our bespoke Memory Lane Community, where care is focused on independence, dignity and choice, with a person centred approach. We have also invested in a 'Magic Table' for our home, an interactive light projector designed to support people living with dementia through mentally and physically stimulating games.
The home benefits from a large garden with outdoor seating, which is complemented by balconies on the 1st and 2nd floors, giving panoramic views of the neighbouring woodlands and local wildlife.
Our modern facilities include a state of the art cinema room, relaxing spa bathrooms on all floors and a hair and beauty salon for residents to enjoy.
Activities are another area we believe holds a strong part in the well being of a resident here at Moors Manor. Whether it is art, gardening or flower arranging, it is all undertaken to ensure residents can live their lives to the fullest.
Our luxurious facilities, combined with highly trained staff ensure each and every individual is given superior attention. We look forward to welcoming you
