The building hosts eight en-suite bedrooms and three self-contained flats with private lounge and cooking facilities. Every bedrooms has the option of ceiling tracking if required, and the whole building is wheelchair accessible. There is an extra training kitchen where people can be supported by staff to develop their menu planning and preparation skills. There is also spacious shared areas, giving the people we support the choice to socialise or to spend some time alone. A diverse programme of activities is offered, tailored to individual tastes. These include outdoor pursuits, music, art and life skills workshops.

These provide a wide range of educational and leisure facilities, including colleges, shops, pubs, bowling centres, an ice skating rink and sports centres. Everyone is encouraged to create their own activity programme, which can be tailored to their interests and also encouraged to make full use of facilities available locally.
