Overview

Hazelgrove Court is a gem of a home in a quiet area of Saltburn-by-the-Sea. The home is purpose-built with 49 comfortable bedrooms, all of which have their own en suite facilities. Our sunny, spacious lounges and dining rooms overlook the central courtyard.

We provide residential care for people who have become too frail to look after themselves as well as dementia residential, nursing and specialist nursing care for those who are living with dementia alongside any underlying health conditions. In addition, we support short stay services; Respite and Day care. We work closely with the teams at local hospitals and support discharge to assess placements as well as intermediate care and periods of rehabilitation.

Our dedicated activities coordinator tailors events, activities and outings around residents and their interests. In the summer months we encourage residents to enjoy the outdoor spaces and gardens where many people relish the opportunity to grow their own flowers and vegetables. Family members and friends are always welcome to visit and to participate in events too.

Our catering team produces delicious home cooked food from a 5-star hygiene rated kitchen. Special dietary needs and personal preferences are part of this taste-laden service.

Hazelgrove Court is a comfortable home-from-home by the seaside so pop in for a visit today.
