Overview

Norfolk Road is a home in the area of Sheffield, which can accommodate 11 residents - it has a 'Good' rating from the CQC. Care can be provided for those with mental health needs.

We offer 24 hour practical and emotional support from highly skilled and experienced workers. The team can support you with many aspects of daily living and more. We aim to offer the best possible support on your journey to recovery and this support will be based on, and tailored to, your needs and wishes.
We offer one-to-one time and activities as well as arranging group events, trips and outings. You will be given a named worker who will support you in achieving your personal objectives and targets.
All service users are supported to achieve greater independence and are encouraged to participate in the running of their bungalow.
Service users are given a weekly allowance to buy food and cook their own meals and are encouraged to clean their own rooms and take turns to clean and keep tidy the communal areas. Staff are able to provide as much or as little support with these depending on your needs.
You will have a key to your bedroom door that also opens the front door to your bungalow and you are free to come and go as you please. We do ask that service users do let us know if they intend to be out later than 9pm so staff are aware of who is in the property for fire safety reasons.
Norfolk Road is a non-smoking property however there are designated smoking areas outside.
Other things we can support you with include managing your mental health, attending appointments, dealing with correspondence, budgeting and financial support, community involvement, hobbies and interests, building confidence, education and work and moving on to less supported accommodation when you are ready.
