Overview

The Laurels and The Limes is a gem of a home in the Broomhill area of Sheffield. The Limes is a purpose-built facility that can accommodate residential and nursing clients. The Laurels Unit was a grand residence that has been converted into a spacious 20-bed care home and accommodates people living with dementia.

All of the rooms at The Laurels and The Limes are stylishly decorated and have their own en suite facilities. Our sunny, spacious lounges and dining rooms overlook the gardens and terrace.

The dedicated team of Nurses and Carers provide residential care for people who have become too frail to look after themselves and nursing care for those who have debilitating health conditions. The Laurels provides care for people who are living with dementia. In addition, the home supports short stay services, Respite and Day care. We work closely with the teams at local hospitals and support discharge to assess placements as well as intermediate care and periods of rehabilitation.

Our dedicated activities coordinators tailor events, activities and outings around residents and their interests. In the summer months we encourage residents to enjoy the outdoor spaces and gardens where many people relish the opportunity to grow their own flowers and vegetables. Family members and friends are always welcome to visit and to participate in events too.

Our catering team produces delicious home cooked food from a 5-star hygiene rated kitchen. Special dietary needs and personal preferences are part of this taste-laden service.

The Laurels and The Limes is a comfortable home-from-home so pop in for a visit today.
