Yockleton Grange is one of Springcare’s friendly and highly professional Shropshire Residential Homes, Located in the village of Yockleton, the home is easily accessible from Shrewsbury, Welshpool and surrounding villages. This Home prides itself on the quality of care provided in a homely atmosphere.
The original house was formerly a rectory. The building has been extended to provide additional accommodation of rooms with en-suite facilities. There is lift access to the upper floor. Yockleton Grange stands in three acres of beautifully landscaped gardens in which Service Users may relax and enjoy the surroundings. Residents who wish to do so, may take part in a little light gardening. There is ample parking on site.

All Service Users will undergo an assessment to ensure we are able to meet their needs, our service will provide support which encourages personal growth and development, we aim to encourage and promote motivation and independence. All Service Users will have their own care plan which will be compiled with the service users, their family members and professional bodies, Our care plans will detail the requirement of the individual, this will include daily tasks, activities, personal requirements, risk assessments and likes and dislikes. Each service user will have the opportunity to discuss their wishes with their General Practitioner.

Yockleton Grange is registered with Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide accommodation and personal care for up to thirty older people.
