Overview

Hill Farm is a residential care home in the Bobbing area of Sittingbourne, which can accommodate 9 people. It has a 'Good' rating from the CQC. Care can be provided for those with learning disabilities and associated conditions. We take a person-centred approach and place the individual at the heart of their care.

We currently support a wide age range of individuals presenting with a variety of needs. Each person has their own hobbies and interests that they are supported to pursue. The household is busy and there's always a lot to do. As a home, we generally love music. We have external entertainers visiting the service and we enjoy our own in-house karaoke sessions. People are supported to get involved in menu and activity planning, cooking/baking and promoting their own independent living skills. Equally people are supported to access activities that they enjoy, such as walks along the beach, long drives in the countryside, community based activities or visit family.
