Galanos House is a Royal British Legion Care Home offering residential and nursing care nestled in a rural South Warwickshire, accommodating just over 100 residents - it has an 'Outstanding' rating from the CQC. Poppy Lodge at Galanos house provides outstanding and specialised Dementia care in a purpose built building which is modern and light with plenty of secure outside spaces for the residents to enjoy and keep busy. A full programme of activities is in place daily and a schedule published every week, with clubs, events; choir, potting shed, Dug outs to name but a few, talks and performers regularly visit bring a range of entertainment from classical, opera as well as rock and roll - dancing, tea and cake are daily occurrence's.
Galanos House also offer day club, this is open 5 days a week currently from 9.30am - 4.00pm, it is a lovely new part of the building with its own, lounge, kitchen, quiet room and outside space and garden.
As it is an RBL care home residents have to be eligible through service in the military, this can be their own or a dependents, please do call for further details.
