Overview
Harefield Lodge is a specially designed, accessible home in Portswood, Southampton which supports seven people with both physical and learning disabilities.
We benefit from a three bedroom house and four self-contained flats to the rear of the property, which offer individual accommodation for people who find shared living difficult or for those looking to live with more independence.
The accessible environment also offers good facilities for people with a physical disability or visual impairment. The shared part of this home has a large, spacious and bright open-plan layout with a kitchen-diner, lounge and entrance hall with a lift to the first floor. The bedrooms are large, well lit and each bedroom has a personal en-suite wet room. The flats vary in size, from one studio flat, to one with a lounge, kitchenette and separate bedroom.
Harefield Lodge is conveniently located in Portswood, with good access to amenities including supermarkets, a library, places of worship, restaurants and pubs. The home is next to Southampton Common with easy access to Southampton City Centre. The home also has two house vehicles to support individuals to activities or days out.
