The service is set across one main two-storey building and includes:
A dedicated dining area and communal lounge
A leisure and activity "loggia" space, equipped with a pool table, air hockey, table tennis, exercise bike, and ski machine
A spacious communal garden area used for relaxation, smoking (for those who choose to), and social activities
An annex building offering additional bedrooms
One on-site laundry room
