At Dovehaven Residential Home, we provide the highest quality residential care Southport has to offer. Lovingly referred to as 'The Rest Home' our home is a beautifully converted Victorian villa, ideally located for those who like to be 'out and about' between Lord Street and Hesketh Park. The rooms have beautiful high ceilings and with the home decorated to a very high standard, our residents feel very comfortable and right at home.
A unique feature of the home is the resident's kitchen. This functional space is dedicated to our residents who are receiving reablement care at the Dovehaven Residential Home. The kitchen is fitted with a microwave, sink, kettle, and washing machine and is designed to support with resident's journeys back to independent living. The lounge leads into to a large conservatory, ensuring that the residents can enjoy bright and spacious accommodation. With access out onto the patio and the garden, our dining room is always beautifully set for the next meal, the room is ideal for socialising or eating and enjoying your own company. Private bedrooms vary in size and aspect and we very much encourage our residents to personalise their rooms with their own special items, to ensure that it feel just like home.
All our residents benefit from their own care plan, tailored specifically for them. This allows us to build care delivery around their preferences, lifestyles and routines.
