Set on a quiet, residential street less than a five-minute walk from the River Thames, White Gates nursing home is registered to offer professional care for up to 51 people.
Catering to a range of needs from specialist nursing care to respite and dementia care, the family of carers at White Gates always strive to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and are proud to have achieved a "Gold Standards Framework" for end-of-life care.
Offering privacy and personal freedom through the provision of en-suite facilities in each room, the team at White Gates are committed to ensuring that residents feel empowered to continue living safe, independent lives.
Each bedroom features full en-suite wet-room facilities for complete comfort, and residents can enjoy unlimited access to the home's large garden. Several relaxation spaces are also available including a choice of cosy lounges and a conservatory. Numerous social events and activities are organised for residents to partake in throughout the year.
Residents at White Gates also gain exclusive access to the Condor Cottage, which is located next to the home and comprises eight large rooms - with full wet rooms - for independent living.
