Introducing Laverneo
Our home is a large four-bedroom, accessible detached bungalow. We support people to access a wide range of activities they enjoy.
We carefully evaluate the needs of each person to ensure they get the right support and build bespoke packages around their needs. Our ultimate aim is to ensure that people are happy, supported, and living their best lives.
About Laverneo
There are four bedrooms
The home sits in its own grounds and has fully accessible paths around the outside with beautiful gardens to three sides.
Communal areas include a spacious living room, light and airy kitchen/dining room, laundry room, passage, hallway, a toilet/wet room and bathroom.
The bathroom and wet room/toilet have tracking hoists in them.
Bedrooms can be fully personalised and are fitted with tracking hoists.
Access to wi-fi/broadband throughout the building.

Provide 24/7 residential care.
Provide activities tailored to the interest of the individuals we support both in and out of the home.
Are holistic, with person-centred care and support developed in collaboration with the people we support, their families and a multi-disciplinary team of health care professionals.
The Team
The Management team consists of a Service Manager and a Team Coordinator who supervise the Support Workers.
Our staff team is well established and highly trained, and many of our support staff have worked at Laverneo for many years and provide stable and consistent care.
