Introducing The Rowans
The Rowans is a lovely, spacious residential home which opened in October 2009 and is in a quiet area of Tadworth Surrey. It is registered with the Care Quality Commission for up to five individuals and the accommodation provided is over 2 floors We are located within a 15minute walk of Tadworth Village, which has good bus and train links. We also have two main shopping centres, Epsom, and Sutton only a 15minute drive away. Both have a wide range of shops and entertainment facilities available.
About The Rowans
The Rowans is a residential care home for male or female adults aged 18-65. It provides individualised services for people with Autistic Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and related conditions, such as learning difficulties. At present The Rowans does not provide nursing care. The service user group is carefully considered to ensure an appropriate mix of skills, gender & specific needs are taken into account. Service users may need support with day to day living such as accessing the community and independent living.
At a time that is right, we are able to offer a pathway to further independent living. This might include accessing one of our Supported Living or Outreach services. We strongly believe that every person
we support should receive the right level of care in an environment that meets their needs wants and wishes. Please talk to us about how we can work with you to develop a transitions package.
