Overview

Happy New Year, Happy New Birkdale.
There are many changes ahead for 2025.
The outside of the building is undergoing a major make over. New paint work, new windows with white shutters and window boxes to enhance the look, also come spring there will be a new porched entrance.
Bedrooms are being upgraded one at a time to a high standard new décor with new vanity units, flooring, furniture and soft furnishings all whilst still maintaining a home from home, homely ambiance.
There are more changes ahead too including: New fire safety system, relocation of Managers office, new flooring to first floor corridors, upgrade of shower room, more efficient and effective telephone system and a new website and Facebook page.
These are just a few of the future plans for Birkdale.
