Hatton Court Care Home is a residential and nursing home in the Cold Hatton area of Telford, which can accommodate 60 residents. Care can be provided for those with dementia. Hatton Court Care Home also offers the following short stay services; respite care and discharge to assess.
Hatton Court offers care for residential and nursing needs. The home comprises mainly of single rooms with a few double rooms. Most of the rooms benefit from en-suite facilities.
Hatton Court is a purpose-built single storey property built in 1992. It is situated near the village of Cold Hatton in rural Shropshire with views over surrounding farmland. There is an attractive large patio area with ample patio furniture where residents are able to enjoy the pretty gardens. There is an abundant amount of parking to the front of the home.
This home has a friendly, family atmosphere with three communal lounges in which residents may relax, socialise or take part in the daily entertainment programme.
All service users will undergo an assessment to ensure we are able to meet their needs, our service will provide support which encourages personal growth and development, we aim to encourage and promote motivation and independence. All service users will have their own care plan which will be compiled with the service users, their family members and professional bodies. Our care plans will detail the requirements of the individual, this will include daily tasks, activities, personal requirements, risk assessments and their likes and dislikes. Each service user will have the opportunity to discuss their wishes with their General Practitioner.
Hatton Court have a strong management team consisting of Clinical Manager Gilly Hemming and Business Manager Lisa Bradley. Gilly said “I am honoured to have taken on the role of Home Manager and look forward to a new and exciting challenge. When not at the home, I enjoy spending my spare time running around after my two children and taking our loveable dog, Millie, on walks, and enjoying a good cup of tea. My passion for care has been deeply rooted ever since I started my nursing career and I look forward to sharing my passion with my team”
