Introducing Tobias
Tobias provides support for individuals who have a diagnosis of a learning disability and who may also have autistic spectrum disorder with associated sensory needs. The team specialise in supporting people who have complex needs including positive behaviour support. The team are experienced in supporting to reduce restrictive practices.

Tobias has all en-suite rooms in a shared setting with generous sized rooms. The service benefits from a garden to the front of the house as well as surrounding the building.

There is a total communication ethos and the staff team are trained in a range of communication skills including Makaton and BSL. People we support may need assistance with day to day living such as accessing the community and independent living skills such as preparing meals and maintaining good hygiene standards. Support packages are tailored to individual assessed needs.

Tobias have a highly experienced and resilient staff team who are highly adaptable.
At a time that is right, we are able to offer a pathway to further independent living. This
might include accessing one of our Supported Living or Outreach services. We strongly believe that every person we support should receive the right level of care in an environment that meets their needs wants and wishes.
