Introducing Westbrooke Grange
Westbrooke Grange consists of 5 self-contained flats, designed to support people with complex learning disabilities and Autism.

We support people living at Westbrooke Grange to lead active lives in which their individuality, independence, dignity and respect are maintained. We fully embrace person centred planning, ensuring the person we support is at the centre of our high-quality care and support. We work closely with our Positive Support Team to ensure good risk assessments and guidelines are in place so as we can support person in a safe and efficient manner.

The people we support at Westbrooke Grange engage in activities bespoke to them, organised based on their individual wants and needs. These include trips out into the community in the house vehicle.
About Westbrooke Grange
The home offers 2 upstairs flats and 3 ground floor flats. The ground floor flats have their own garden area.
Each flat has a lounge, kitchen/dining area, bedroom and bathroom.
There is a chef on site that caters to the culinary needs of the people we support.
Each flat is robust with separate entrance and exits to meet the health and safety needs of people supported and staff alike.
Within 5 minutes’ drive from Torquay with its many walks and sea front promenade.
Good public transport enabling easy access within and around Devon.

At a time that is right, we are able to offer a pathway to further independent living. This
might include accessing one of our Supported Living or Outreach services. We strongly believe that every person we support should receive the right level of care in an environment that meets their needs wants and wishes.

The Team
Led by an experienced Manager, Westbrooke Grange is a safe and supportive environment with 24 hour staffing 7 days per week. The staff team are committed and passionate about delivering good quality care.
