Introducing Carrick
Carrick has a spacious open-plan lounge/diner and a separate kitchen, and three shared bathrooms, one of which is a wet room. At the rear of the property is a light and airy conservatory which is accessed through another lounge. The enclosed garden at the rear of the house is mainly laid to lawn with a vegetable plot, and there is a sensory garden at the side of the house. Carrick accommodates 5 residents in total.

Located in a quiet residential road near a beautiful community park.
All bedrooms are tailored to the individuals tastes and needs of the people we support.
Offering a maintained garden and vegetable patch with easy access for everyone.
Walking distance to local amenities such as GP surgery , local shop, and a pub/restaurant.
Good local transport links to the local city of Truro and Falmouth.
The home has access to two shared vehicles and encourages use of public transport locally.
At a time that is right, we are able to offer a pathway to further independent living. This might include accessing one of our Supported Living or Outreach services. We strongly believe that every person
we support should receive the right level of care in an environment that meets their needs wants and wishes. Please talk to us about how we can work with you to develop a transitions package.
