Overview
Introducing Rosehilll House
Rosehill House is a three-story Building and Annex that provides accommodation for up to five people. Rosehill House is situated in the village of Ladock, seven miles from the city of Truro and with easy access to the A30. People living at Rosehill House are encouraged to participate in a wide range of activities of their interest. These include arts and crafts, baking, movie nights. Trips out in the community include visits to leisure centres, parks, cinemas, concerts, shops, gardening, and restaurants. Rosehill accommodates 5 residents in total.
About Rosehill House
The main part of the house accommodates three adults and consists of three spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, a wet room, a bedroom with ensuite facilities, a lounge/dining area and kitchen, a conservatory, and an office.
The annex, which is wheelchair accessible, can be reached by a path from the main house within the grounds or along the road. It comprises a lounge, kitchen, dining area and two ensuite bedrooms, one with a wet room plus one additional shower/bathroom. The annex is surrounded by a large parking area with views of woodland and an outdoor patio area.
At a time that is right, we are able to offer a pathway to further independent living. This might include accessing one of our Supported Living or Outreach services. We strongly believe that every person
we support should receive the right level of care in an environment that meets their needs wants and wishes. Please talk to us about how we can work with you to develop a transitions package.
