Overview


Belvidere Nursing Home is a three story building situated on Seabank Road in Wallasey. The home accommodates for persons of 65 years and of both sexes. Belvidere has 34 bedrooms with 2 double en-suite and 32 singles, 23 of which are en-suite. Rooms are of various sizes and on viewing sizes can be given.


On the ground floor there are six rooms, middle floor comprises of 18 rooms and lastly top floor has ten rooms. The home is double glazed throughout and all rooms are full carpeted and furnished in a contemporary co-ordinated style. They are fully central heated 24 hours a day.
Service users are encouraged to personalise their rooms and are welcome to bring any small items of furniture or mementos into their rooms. Every room has at least one nurse call system installed, which when touched will summon one of the nurses, day or night.

Middle and top floor rooms are reached by a lift, there is no restriction to their access of room at anytime. Visiting by relatives is actively pursued, as is the possibility of the service users to visit their friends and family.

There is a garden and rockery with seating to the rear with ramped access and a large car park. There is also a gazebo and a summer house which are both enjoyed by service users, relatives and friends especially at summertime.

There are 3 lounges, 2 dining rooms, all central heated. Service Users are encouraged to use these public rooms; however, Service Users who choose to stay in their own rooms may do so.
