Our residential dementia care home in Wallsend, North Tyneside is a completely unique development and must be viewed to understand the freedom and independence it offers to those living with dementia. It is purpose-built for 64 residents and is located in a secluded spot just off Station Road, serving a wide area of the North East, with easy access to public transport and local amenities. There are five households (Hadrian, Hunter, Willington, Collingwood and Churchill House) with large en-suite rooms in each, creating a home from home atmosphere where residents can feel comfortable, relaxed and safe. There is always a lot of love and laughter in household living at Eothen, which is extended to friends and family who find support, compassion and companionship.
