Overview

We offer high-quality, person-centred care and support for nine individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and/or complex needs. Situated near Walsall town centre, we prioritise promoting independence and enhancing communication and social skills. We value the importance of relationships with family and friends, encouraging visits at any reasonable time and providing support and transport for family home visits.

To foster collaboration and innovation, we have established the "Sadlers Together Forum," which includes the people we support, families, staff, and external professionals. The group meets quarterly to share ideas and explore new approaches.

Our home includes shared spaces for socialising, relaxing, or engaging in activities, such as a spacious lounge, a fully-equipped multi-sensory room, and a large activity room. Each of the nine bedrooms is en-suite and equipped with high-specification features, including ceiling tracking where needed. The large garden features a patio and sensory area for relaxation or outdoor activities.

An activity coordinator works with the people we support to plan and participate in activities and outings, as well as holidays, based on individual preferences. Activities offered include exercise, music, painting, karaoke, jewellery making, and monthly review meetings.
