We have a team of 44 loyal and committed team & therefore do not have the need to call on an agency. The team at Newgrange are all working together to create a happy and caring environment. We aim to produce a home which we are proud of, and where we would choose to place our own relatives. Residents' wellbeing is at the centre of all of our decision making. We are a small care home, which means our understanding of residents' needs and wishes is entirely personalised.
We are proud to have been awarded, Most Compassionate Care Home in 2023 by Herts Care Provider Association and in the Top 4 Care Homes in Hertfordshire for our Care Culture in 2024. As well as Top 20 Care Home in the South East of England in 2024.
