At Westleigh you will have a team of people to support you led by the Service Manager.
The team will be able to assist you with your daily living needs which may include assistance with personal care, maintaining a well-balanced diet, fluid intake and medication alongside supporting you with your wellbeing which may include engagement with activities or emotional support.
The team will support you to seek and access external support such as referrals to the GP, Mental Health Services, Occupational Therapist, District Nurses amongst other Health Professionals where needed.
The service is an active part of the local community, and the team will encourage and support you to explore the local village and attend community events.
You will also have lots of opportunity to engage in activities in the home that meets your interests and needs.
